What is your returns policy?
At S&K Boutique, our goal is to serve our loyal customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make your experience with us better. Please take the time to look over your merchandise as soon as you receive it. If you think you have recieved a defective item, contact customer service within 3 business days of your order. If at any time you were sent incorrect items, and or missing an item please contact us immediately.
Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We can not issue refunds. All returns must be recieved within 30days of the date the merchandise was shipped out. Any items purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. All return items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and tags must still be attached. Shipping is non-refundable, unless the mistake was on our end. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once the claim has been processed.
